In the Pyrenees, hospices are places where you will find hospitality all along the Spanish border. At an altitude of 1,385 metres, you will discover the Hospice de France, a listed site in the heart of the Pyrenees. Here you can enjoy mountain cuisine. This establishment is an essential stop for hikers and nature lovers.

Open from 12:00 to 15:00, the Hospice de France restaurant serves traditional, tasty cuisine that showcases local produce. It is the ideal place to enjoy typical Pyrenean dishes after a day of exploring: regional charcuterie, organic trout, meat from local producers, organic vegetables, Pyrenean cheeses, bread and desserts made by our baker and pastry chef in Bagnères de Luchon.
Outside these hours, the Snack Bar offers a full menu of sweet and savoury options to satisfy hikers and mountain lovers alike: homemade waffles, ice cream, paninis, hot dogs, sandwiches, chips and drinks.
We offer breakfasts specially designed for hikers and motorhome owners.
