Our hotel restaurant, the Auberge de la Cascade is located in one of the most beautiful and picturesque villages of the Gorges du Tarn. Ideally located to discover the Gorges du Tarn, our hotel is also located 5 km from the small town of Sainte Enimie, which offers services, shops and entertainment. At the hotel as well as at the restaurant, there is a relaxed and family atmosphere. The chef offers three menus that will allow you to discover local products. Specialties too, such as aligot, sheep cheese, mushrooms and trout … a real treat in perspective and all with the assurance of home made! After a good meal, you will appreciate to stroll in this small village, to contemplate the waterfall and the bridge … to take a nap at the edge of the Tarn, and why not throw in the water to refresh you!
