Since 1970, “Au Vieux Chantier” has been welcoming guests to an authentic stonemason’s workshop. Specialities: open sandwiches served with salad, beer crêpes, croquants, chocolate fondants, craft beer… All homemade!

In the heart of the Sidobre, just a stone’s throw from the Peyro Clabado, discover Au Vieux Chantier, a bar and restaurant housed in an authentic stonemason’s workshop.
People come here not just for the setting, but also to enjoy a delicious meal! Our specialities include: open sandwiches served with a side salad, beer crêpes (my grandmother’s recipe dating back to 1970), chocolate fondant, Sidobre crunch, local draught beers, not to mention our ice creams, cold drinks and hot drinks.
Local produce, simple and hearty cuisine, homemade dishes and affordable prices, all to be savoured in a unique, shaded setting where you can enjoy the natural coolness of the granite.
