Step inside 17 Rue Saint-Firmin and immerse yourself in the culinary world of chef Jean Gary-Bobo. Trained at the prestigious Institut Paul Bocuse ‘LYFE’ in Ecully and graduating in 2018, he perfected his art alongside some of the biggest names in French gastronomy, such as chefs Georges Blanc and Thibault Ruggeri. His talent was recognised early on, naming him one of the Best Apprentices of France Occitanie in 2012 and a rising star of the Disciples d’Auguste Escoffier in 2014. Today, he invites you to discover a seafood and vegetable-based cuisine that celebrates the flavours of the Mediterranean. Each dish, both sincere and inventive, highlights fresh, seasonal produce for a taste experience that awakens the senses. Prepare to be surprised by creations that celebrate the produce of the Mediterranean.
