Rayonnant “travail in Situ” de Daniel Buren

Daniel Buren has designed the surroundings of La Cigalière in collaboration with architect Nicolas Guillot. The work expands “fanwise” towards the Béziers plain: over almost three hectares, 170 openwork metal pylons are deployed in space to guide our gaze towards the horizon. It’s a real spectacle at dusk, when the pylons, lit from within by fiber optics, take on infinite varieties of color.
