Park of 2.5 hectares around a serpentine basin and a rock cave.
The park is the work of the landscape gardener Chevallier who, on nearly 4 hectares, is freely inspired by the garden composition of the spa town, using the plant gradation Allée d’Etigny – Esplanade des Quinconces – English park – Pyrenees. Behind, an English-style park has been laid out to reflect the idea of a “recreated nature”. The romantic character of this garden is reinforced by the undulating paths in the shade of harmoniously planted trees, a pond winding from the cave to the basin. In the background is the Port of Venasque, illustrating the “idealized nature”.
