Nature lovers, sportsmen and those curious to explore will find the best welcome in a preserved site, in the heart of the Ariège Pyrenees Regional Nature Park, along a small river ideal for children or fishing !

Located in the village of Bastide-de-Sérou, close to the town of Foix, the L’Arize campsite welcomes you in a preserved site, in the heart of the Ariège Pyrenees Regional Nature Park.
You can enjoy direct access from the campsite to the river Arize, which is shallow and ideal for children or fishing.

This family campsite offers accommodation in chalets, mobile homes and Mobitoiles (canvas mobile homes without sanitary facilities): there’s something for everyone.
You will have access to its outdoor heated swimming pool from 1 June to 19 September, to its various playground equipment (table tennis, children’s playground, petanque, volleyball and badminton) and our new addition for this year – an outdoor fitness area.

In the vicinity, let yourself be enchanted by: prehistoric caves, Cathar castles, underground rivers, the reptile farm, the forest to travel back in time and other wildlife sites … as well as all our outdoor sports (caving, canyoning, rafting and paddleboarding), with the start of the Foix – Saint Girons 42 km greenway located just 700 m away – try it by bike, on foot or on horseback with the riding school next door!

In summer, entertainment is offered: Children’s club, themed evenings, concerts, swimming-pool nights, pétanque and plenty of fun. Catering and bakery service and bar (July and August). Dog-sled rides (fee payable) are offered on Wednesdays throughout the campsite’s 3 hectares of woods and forest, with fording in the river.
