Accommodation (approx. 40m²) on 2 levels. Private enclosed garden. South-facing terrace, electric awning covering the entire terrace, garden furniture (table and chairs), swing, deckchairs, barbecue. Swimming pool shared with owners, covered, open from April to October, secured by fence and lockable gated access. Private car park.
