In the heart of a quiet housing estate in the charming village of Sauvian, come and stay in the “Louisiane” gîte, a nicely decorated house for 4 people, with large grounds and a terrace for relaxing in the Hérault sunshine! In this detached house on the 1st floor, you can enjoy a large living room with a pleasant relaxation area, and a dining area, all in front of a pretty trompe-l’oeil on the wall of the living room. You can relax in our two bedrooms: one with a double bed and one with two separate beds. The gîte also has a bathroom with shower, washbasin and mirror, a separate toilet and a fully-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave and tassimo coffee maker. On the first floor, you’ll find a private garage and a laundry room with washing machine.Outside, enjoy a large plot of 800m², and an 18m² terrace with garden furniture and barbecue… two great spaces to spend a pleasant stay in this charming gîte in Sauvian! Discover Sauvian’s heritage treasures with a visit to the 14th-century church of Saint-Corneille-et-Saint-Cyprien de Sauvian, with an ancient necropolis in the basement, the clock gate topped by a bell tower, the 13th-century feudal castle and the 17th-century obelisk fountain.Just a few kilometers from Sauvian, you can also enjoy the beaches of the Hérault, such as Valras-Plage and Sérignan, or make a detour to the banks of the Canal du Midi for a picnic, to cruise the canal on a barge or to discover exceptional sites such as the Fonséranes locks or the Ensérune Oppidum. And if you fancy a shopping trip into town, Sauvian is just 7 kilometers from Béziers.
