Gîte esprit campagne et détente, dans un hameau du Gers, à 50 min de Toulouse et 20 min d’Auch, pouvant accueillir 15 pers dans 6 chambres et 4 sdb.

The gîte comprises two adjoining buildings separated by a tranquil patio, on a private 2000m² plot. An ideal place to relax for large families and groups of friends.
The “Les Estarguis” gîte, located in a hamlet of two houses, is surrounded by fields and enjoys a very peaceful setting. It has a private entrance and a standard outdoor charging point for electric vehicles. The central patio, designed as a perfect “zen space” for relaxation, is situated between the two buildings that make up the gîte.
For added enjoyment, a private 9m x 4m x 1.5m swimming pool with a wide shallow end, corner steps, and a safety cover is available. It can be heated from its opening in April, at no extra cost, raising the water temperature by 10°C above the air temperature. There is also a large terrace with sun loungers, deck chairs, a summer kitchen, a wood-fired barbecue (charcoal not provided), and an outdoor toilet. There is also a 15m x 4m pétanque court, a children’s play area with a green slide, a swing, and a “living” willow playhouse. A ping-pong table and various other games are also available for entertainment. Please note that the property is not fenced, and neighbors are located about ten meters away, so guests should be respectful and keep noise to a minimum. However, there is no direct view of anyone!

The main building is a fully renovated former stable with three bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and toilet. One spacious 27m² bedroom is on the ground floor, and two 23m² bedrooms are upstairs. Three additional bedrooms are located on the upper floor of the annex – the secondary building – accessible via an external staircase. They share a bathroom with a separate WC.
