Beautiful large stone house surrounded by a 2.5ha park ideal for holidays with family or friends, close to Revel and Saint-Ferréol lake!

Les Ecuries de Martin is a former owner stable converted into a large gite for 15 people! Access from the road is via a floodlit driveway leading to the car park, which can also be used as a pétanque area.
The house has kept all its character with its exposed stone walls. It has been decorated in a modern, original style inspired by owners’ many travels. Surrounded by organically farmed fields, this property has 2.5 hectares of parkland where you can stroll, play or relax in the grassy areas, small woods and protected pond. There is a function room for 100 people in the old covered riding arena.

Halfway between Revel and Saint-Félix-Lauragais, the site is within a 10km radius of numerous outdoor and cultural activities: walks and hikes from the gîte, La rigole cycle path 1km away, Lenclas lake 4km away (fishing), Revel 5km away (town of arts and crafts, remarkable market under the market hall on Saturday mornings, museums, etc.), Saint-Ferréol lake 7km away (swimming, water sports, etc.).

Ground floor: lounge with connected TV, table football, gym (bike, treadmill, weights, skipping rope, etc.) and massage available on request from a beautician, shower room, separate WC.
1st floor, accessible from inside or outside the house (small terrace in front of the door with seating area): kitchen/dining room, Saint-Félix and Edimbourg bedrooms, each with 2 twin 90x200cm beds + private shower room, utility room, separate WC.
