In the centre of the village, on the site of the old château (moat, part of which is still filled with water), this brick house will provide you with a haven of peace and quiet. Park, view of the Pyrenees. Gers 2km away. Heated swimming pool open all year.

Ideally located, you are 12km from the Base de Loisirs de l’Isle-Jourdain (swimming, wakeboarding, canoeing, water ski lift, fitness trail, beach volleyball, pétanque…), 17km from the Plaisance-du-Touch Zoo and the Samatan market (local produce: foie gras, duck confit…) and 40km from Toulouse city centre!

Accommodation on two levels:
– ground floor: dining room, lounge/library area, “Toulouse-Lautrec” bedroom with private terrace (1 double bed 160cm + 1 single bed 90cm), “Arcachon” bedroom with disabled access (1 double bed 160cm), “Toulouse” bedroom (1 double bed 160cm + 1 single bed 90cm), each with en-suite shower room and separate WC (in the shower room for “Arcachon”).
– First floor: “Venise” room with sloping ceilings (1 canopied 140cm double bed + 1 90cm single bed + bathroom, shower and WC).
Cot available on request.
