A very large house of 300m² for all your tribe with 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and private pool.

The cottage is located in La Bourdarié, small hamlet of Ségala tarnais, in the countryside. Calm and rest are guaranteed.

It is a large square farmhouse, fully restored, with all modern comforts.
The large volumes inside and outside space, with an inner courtyard, a large garden, a swimming pool, a playground and a petanque track will reinforce the feeling of peace.

On the ground floor is a cozy living room with stove and leather armchairs, a second living room with a very spacious dining room, ideal in spring to take breakfast in the first rays of the sun, a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom, bathroom, toilet.
Upstairs, access is on the 1st floor by a wide staircase: here, three bedrooms, a bathroom with toilet.
On the second floor a bedroom and bathroom + toilet.
Central heating oil.
Two baby cots.
Sheets and towels provided.

For children and adventurous adults, the Cap’Découverte leisure complex and its many activities.

The proximity of the Aveyron offers even more treasures to discover such as Najac, one of the most beautiful villages in France, and the nature side of the Gorges de l’Aveyron or the Viaur valley.
