A renovated former farmhouse in the Pays de Cocagne, completely self-contained, a vacation rental for 12 people with a private heated saltwater pool.

The beautiful Barraques vacation rental welcomes family and friends year-round, featuring excellent amenities and tasteful decor.
A beautiful pool overlooking a valley, a huge covered terrace with outdoor furniture, a pergola, a plancha grill, a barbecue, a large garden, and a bocce court. The pool is open from May 1 to September 15 (electric roller shade).

A game room accessible from the outdoor terrace where the pool is located, featuring a pool table, foosball table, and electronic darts…

Ground floor: living area with a sitting room, fireplace, and TV; open-concept kitchen fully equipped with appliances—including food processors for those who want to cook during their vacation! Also on the ground floor: two bedrooms, a bathroom, and a separate toilet:
– Bedroom 1 with a 160x200cm bed.
– Bedroom 2 with two single beds, one measuring 120x190cm and the other 90x190cm.

Upstairs: 3 beautiful bedrooms, a bathroom with a shower and bathtub, and a toilet:
– Bedroom 3: one 140x190cm bed
– Bedrooms 4 and 5, each with one 180x200cm bed and one 90x190cm bed

Laundry room with a large freezer, ice maker, washing machine, and dryer.

Everything is included for a worry-free vacation: bed linens and towels provided, end-of-stay cleaning service, and even pool towels!

A reception hall that can accommodate up to 130 guests is available for rent. Banquet hall rental to be arranged with the owners; not included in the cottage rental.

Tourist attractions: between Castres and Lautrec, the countryside is a sea of green and yellow, rolling in gentle waves, with alternating fields of wheat and sunflowers. With the Montagne Noire on the horizon, time seems to stand still here during your vacation. Scattered throughout the landscape, old stone-walled farms are surrounded by fields. The cottage is just a stone’s throw from Lautrec and its mill, in the Pays de Cocagne.
