This small cottage La Grange d'Émilie welcomes two people, it was built in the old barn of the eighteenth century, adjoining the House of Emilie (ref G667). The two cottages can thus be rented together to accommodate eight people comfortably. Beautiful landscaped garden, access to the Tarn, ideal for fishermen, the banks are private. Ground floor: living room with open kitchen fully equipped, upstairs bedroom and bathroom. Central heating. Baby equipment. Possibility rental of sheets and towels + cleaning service end of stay. Only one animal allowed. Halfway between Albi and Gaillac, Durestat is a haven of peace and tranquility, nestled on the banks of the Tarn. You will find on the banks of the Tarn, in a park, three lodgings of great comfort, the House of Emilie for six people, the House with half-timberings for four, old mansions totally restored. La Grange d'Émilie, the smallest of the three gîtes, accommodates two people, adjoining the Maison d'Émilie (possibility to rent them together). Well-kept decoration, refined atmosphere, the envoreur of patrimonial elements having crossed the ages, recognized by the region with the name Gîtes Art of living in our country homes. The Maison d'Émilie and the half-timbered house have their own private pool. La Grange d'Émilie and Maison d'Émilie have a large garden and direct access to the river with a special fishing area.
