This former habitation house, a family heirloom, is part of the patrimony of the villages of Curvalle and Plaisance. Nestled in a meander of la Rance, secluded over an ha of meadows, it will grant you calm, greenery and coolness, near the village services of Plaisance(5 minutes on foot). Starting with a barn with neither water nor electricity, Roger, Françoise and Florie have accomplished, five years long, a high quality renovation , which preserves the authenticity of the site and construction. By conviction, and without neglecting comfort, they have privileged ecological options (teal, stones, chalk-stone, earth, wood and local products, solar energy, wood heating…). Lovers of hiking and mountain biking (road bikes and mountain bikes) will find there an ideal environment. The valley of Tarn, the Parc Naturel des Grands Causses, the Roquefort area, the Episcopal City of Albi (classified World Heritage by the Unesco)will be as many touristic opportunities. ..
