In the heart of an authentic winegrowing estate near the Ardèche, large, friendly gîte with shared pool, WIFI, children’s games, pétanque court, billiards and table soccer.

Hamlet setting. Gîte adjoining 3 gîtes.

Equipped kitchen, large living room with sitting area, separate lounge, 5 bedrooms for 2 people, each with en-suite shower room and toilet (sleeps 4 140cm + 2 90cm beds).
Two of the bedrooms are located in another wing of the mas,
accessible by crossing the courtyard.
We recommend not letting children under 13 sleep alone in these 2 rooms (extra beds can be added in the other rooms if necessary).

Shared private swimming pool (10m x 5m – depth 1m to 1.50m), open from May 1 to September 30.

Shared courtyard (400 m2), with large shaded terrace, billiards table, table soccer, barbecue area, pétanque court. Shared washing machine.

Children’s games (toys, board games, etc.) and everything needed for young children (small bathtub, deckchair, baby cooker, high chair, etc.) and info point with Internet access.

GR4 nearby. Possibility of wine tasting on our estate.

The Charlemagne gîte is located in the center of a large Provencal farmhouse. In the pleasant tree-lined courtyard, you’ll rediscover the gentleness of life in a friendly, family atmosphere.

The layout of the gîte allows you to be together in the spacious living areas, while preserving your privacy with double bedrooms, each with en-suite shower room and toilet.

We’ll be happy to help you organize your stay, and are at your disposal for advice on restaurants, activities, etc., or to put you in touch with outside service providers: massages, catering, guided hikes…
