With a stunning view over the Tarn countryside, one of the most beautiful regions in the South-West of France, you’ll enjoy numerous outdoor activities such as swimming or fishing by the lake.

On a 95-hectare property of rolling hills, fields and woods, this 80 m² gîte offers high-end comfort with a simple and rural charm, and can accommodate up to 4 people.

Located just minutes from Albi, with its cathedral and old town listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site, along the Tarn Gorges, it is also an hour’s drive from the Roquefort caves and close to the Larzac plateau, the Causses and Carcassonne, all three also listed as UNESCO World Heritage Sites. From the terrace with pergola, the view over the rolling countryside brings peace and serenity.

Two beautiful bedrooms with exposed beams and a pleasant bathroom make up the sleeping area. A fully equipped kitchen opens onto a large living room, completing this charming and comfortable gîte.

The saltwater pool is surrounded by a 400 m² deck with a beautiful wooden gazebo. The 80 m² game room includes a pool table, table football, video projector, sound system, and a home studio. Over 45 km of forest paths, many of them on the property, offer lovely walks whether on foot, by bike or by quad. Two water reservoirs and a small river (the Assou) provide scenic fishing spots.

A large recreation room also allows for indoor entertainment.

The owners live at Puech de Nalbe, where there is also another gîte, the Loft, ref. G1658, for 6 people.
