The Passion Pastel holiday home is a combination of two adjoining holiday homes: from the terrace, the first Passion holiday home opens onto the ground floor living room with a fully equipped kitchen, a dining table, a lounge area with TV, sofa and fireplace. A laundry room with washing machine, tumble dryer and toilet. A separate bathroom with shower and washbasin. A bedroom with a double bed. Upstairs, there is a bedroom with a double bed and three single beds, a second bedroom with a double bed and two single beds, and finally a third bedroom with a double bed. A separate bathroom with shower, double sink and toilet. The second Pastel gîte comprises a living room with a lounge area (sofa and TV), a wood-burning stove, a dining table, an open-plan kitchen and a mezzanine with a double sofa bed. Upstairs, there is one bedroom with a double bed and a second bedroom with two single beds. There is a separate bathroom with a shower, washbasin and toilet. Bed linen and towels are included. Available: 2 cots, 2 high chairs, 1 booster seat, 1 baby bath, and outside: a swing for children. There is a large private terrace equipped with garden furniture and a barbecue. The gîte has a private swimming pool (5.50 x 4 x 1.20 m), table tennis table and pétanque court. Private parking inside the property. 7.5 kW type 2 electric vehicle charging station. End-of-stay cleaning fee of £150 to be paid directly to the owner on arrival.
