Brand new house, close to the center of Lavaur, with enclosed garden. Quiet area, the street in front of the cottage is one way. On one level, three bedrooms, living room with open kitchen fully equipped and sitting area, bathroom (shower and bath), wc. Parking right in front of the house. One bedroom with a double bed 160x200cm, another with a double bed 140x190cm, the third with two single beds 90x190cm. Sheets, towels and cleaning service at the end of the stay provided. The capital of Pays de Cocagne is a city of history and character. She carries in her the signs of the past time. The famous Jacquemart of Saint-Alain Cathedral still rings.
