In the heart of the Occitanie region. Isolated former farmhouse at 700 m altitude, situated at the end of a dead-end road. In the heart of nature on 1 ha of land, in an exceptional setting!
Not overlooked. Change of scenery and silence guaranteed.

The house is located in the Parc Naturel Régional du Haut Languedoc and two kilometres from the Parc Naturel Régional des Grands Causses in Aveyron.
There are many hiking trails nearby.

We have chosen to respect the traditional, rustic character of this house, while offering a high level of comfort. The house has three bedrooms. Exposed beams in the bedrooms.
New fitted kitchen and bathroom.

Natural sites not to be missed: The Saut de la Truite waterfall at St Michel de Léon, the Tarn valley, the Sidobre rocks, the Arifat waterfalls, the La Raviège and Laouzas lakes and the Mazamet footbridge in the Montagne Noire.
We are 1 hour’s drive from Roquefort in the Aveyron and 45 minutes’ drive from the Hérault.
The town of LACAUNE LES BAINS is 20 minutes away and there is a beautiful forest nearby.

The gîte is located 40 minutes from ALBI.
Sainte Cécile Cathedral is the largest brick cathedral in the world.
The episcopal city is classified by the UNESC0.

The magnificent banks of the Tarn are just behind the cathedral.
Don’t forget to take the “échappée verte” wilderness trail along the banks of the Tarn.
