This renovated barn welcomes you in an idyllic setting, overlooking the Mazamet valley and the Montagne Noire. Warmth, relaxation, and leisure await you for this getaway in the Tarn.

Cross the famous Passerelle de Mazamet and admire the spectacular view over the valley. History lovers will enjoy visiting the medieval village of Hautpoul and the Catharism Museum. Nature enthusiasts can explore the trails of the Montagne Noire or relax at Lac des Montagnès, perfect for a family or friends’ day out. Finally, the episcopal city of Albi, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, with its majestic Sainte-Cécile Cathedral and picturesque streets, is well worth a visit.

Although the house is independent, the owner lives just across the way and remains available. An animal lover himself, he gladly welcomes your pets.

Ground floor:
The house opens onto a spacious living area with different sections: a bar corner, a sound system for lively evenings, a large dining table for shared meals, and a lounge with a discreet TV for relaxation. A terrace extends the living space outdoors, featuring a barbecue. Nearby, the large separate kitchen is fully equipped for group meals.
Two toilets are available on this level.

Upstairs:
A large hall leads to five comfortable bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom and toilet.
4 bedrooms with a double bed (160×200) and a bunk bed (90×200).
1 bedroom with a double bed (160×200) and a sofa bed for additional sleeping space.
From this floor, a terrace hosts a jacuzzi with breathtaking valley views, perfect for unwinding after a busy day.
Please note that beds are not made upon arrival.

The gîte’s garden is a true playground for the whole family. The infinity pool, complete with a balneotherapy area and paddling pool, offers a stunning panorama. Many leisure facilities are available to enhance your stay: a ping-pong table, a foosball table, a trampoline, a pétanque court, a children’s play area, and even a squash court for the more active guests.
