– living room with sitting area, fully-equipped kitchenette including dishwasher, fridge-freezer, microwave, oven and electric hob, dining area,

– private terrace with garden furniture and private parking.
In the heart of the “Natura 2000” zone, in a 3-hect. private park planted with trees, on the banks of the river (50 m), hiking and mountain-biking trails directly from the gîte.
Quiet, restful setting. Close to Uzès (1st Duchy of France), Pont du Gard, Nîmes and Avignon.
