This 170 m², 2-storey, 4-star chalet, located in the heart of the village of Saint-Mamet, sleeps 10 people. The accommodation comprises 4 bedrooms. There are separate shower rooms and 2 separate WCs. There is a fully-equipped open-plan kitchen, with a washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher for added convenience. The property has a 30 m² terrace and 700 m² enclosed garden. Private parking with carport is available at no extra charge. Full baby equipment is available on site. A 6-day Ski+Balneo pass is available.

This 4-star 170 m² chalet, classified as furnished holiday accommodation, is spread over 2 levels (no lift) and can accommodate up to 10 people. It is ideally located in the heart of the village of Saint-Mamet, 10 minutes’ walk from the centre of Bagnères-de-Luchon, 2 km from the Superbagnères cable car, 16 km from Peyragudes and 45 km from Baqueira Beret.

There are 4 bedrooms: on the ground floor, 2 bedrooms with double beds (140 cm) and a bedroom with 2 bunk beds (4 beds 90 cm); on the first floor, a master bedroom with double bed (160 cm). A large mezzanine with 2 sofas and a Samsung television with Canal Sat subscription completes the living space. There are 2 shower rooms, one of which adjoins the upstairs master bedroom, and 2 separate WCs.

There is a spacious 70 m² living area with a fully-equipped open-plan kitchen: dishwasher, electric oven, induction hob, fridge-freezer, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, kettle, blender, raclette and fondue appliances, wine cellar and sommelier set. Evenings can be spent around the STUV fireplace with its removable double walls. A laundry room on the ground floor is equipped with a washing machine, tumble dryer and drying rack. Wi-Fi is available throughout the chalet. A complete baby kit is available: cot, playpen, high chair, pushchair, baby bath, toilet seat reducer and children’s games.

There is a large 30 m² south-facing terrace with stunning mountain views, as well as a 700 m² enclosed garden. Private parking with carport is available at no extra charge.

The south-facing aspect of the chalet gives you uninterrupted views of the mountains and the garden.

The region offers a wide range of activities in both summer and winter. Winter sports fans will enjoy the immediate proximity of the slopes, with the Superbagnères cable car 2 km away, Peyragudes 16 km and Baqueira Beret 45 km away.
Whatever the season, rock climbing, hiking of all levels (Lac d’Ôo, Vallée du Lys, Hospices de France), golf, cycling, mountain biking, paragliding, rafting, river fishing, tennis and gliding from the Luchon aerodrome will delight the most sporty of visitors. Those who prefer to relax can take advantage of the thermal baths at the Thermes de Luchon and the lake at Génos with the Balnéa establishment. Just 8 km away, the Val d’Aran in Spain and the Aran Park animal park, 11 km away, complete the range of possibilities.
