Contemporary villa set on the hills overlooking Toulouse, with views over the city. Bonus: swimming pool and spa

Enjoy the peace and quiet and panoramic views from a villa nestling in exceptional greenery just 7km from Toulouse and the Canal du Midi. In a word: enjoy! From the garden, the outdoor swimming pool with convertible top cover and the huge jacuzzi with counter-current swimming (guaranteed from April onwards, whatever the weather), to the landscaped terraces (200 m²) with garden furniture and sun loungers!
The swimming spa is open from 8am to 10.30pm, and the pool from 8am to 7pm. Since 2020, we have been implementing specific sanitary measures, including the introduction of private time slots. Don’t hesitate to contact us for more details.
We also offer private use of the 300 m² facility.

The guest house has 2 levels:
– on the ground floor overlooking the terrace: Zen room, classified 3 épis, with a 160×200 bed and private bathroom
– the bright Rêv’orange, Levantine, Paradis Blanc and Nocte guest rooms are upstairs. They all have en suite facilities and 160×200 beds (180×200 for the Nocte room), with panoramic views. Each room has a sofa or armchair and a flat-screen TV.

There are two dining areas: a beautiful 70 m² living room with large picture windows and a fully-equipped kitchen reserved for guests, and a fully-equipped outdoor kitchen with barbecue.

Breakfast, access to the swimming pool and the Spa de Nage are included in the price.
An extra bed can be added on request (€30 per extra person (extra bed), breakfast included).
