La Nordica – A contemporary treehouse nestled in the heart of the forest
Just 45 minutes south-west of Toulouse, discover La Nordica, a contemporary wooden cabin on stilts, perched 4 metres above the ground and harmoniously integrated into the natural slope of the land, set amidst lush greenery.
Designed to blend seamlessly into its surroundings, La Nordica offers a true haven of peace close to nature, in an unspoilt setting on the shores of Lake Savères.
On arrival, you park your car facing the lake, then leave it behind to walk to the cabin along a small path that winds its way up through the forest. A footbridge then leads you to your perched retreat, offering a change of scenery from the very first step.
With its 18 m² of interior space and 26 m² terrace, La Nordica combines comfort, design and a love of nature. Its contemporary design, recognisable by its flat roof, features a mezzanine with a queen-size bed, creating a warm and intimate atmosphere.
The bathroom has been designed to extend the experience at the heart of the forest: its large window allows you to enjoy a view of the trees whilst showering, creating a genuine sense of disconnection from the outside world.
For a truly special moment of relaxation, enjoy your private Nordic bath – a wooden spa – accessible from the terrace via a charming little rope bridge. Set amidst nature, it invites you to slow down, switch off and fully savour the surrounding tranquillity.
The Nordica can accommodate 1 to 4 people, thanks to its queen-size bed on the mezzanine and its pull-out bed on the ground floor. It has been designed with the utmost attention to detail to offer you a comfortable and carefree experience: carefully selected amenities, high-quality linen and breakfast included, delivered directly to your cabin in the morning.
For an even more complete experience, a picnic basket filled with local produce can be provided as an optional extra for your dinner. In the morning, your breakfast is delivered to the foot of the cabin, and you can then hoist it up to your terrace using a pulley – for a gentle start to the day and a touch of adventure.
Here, everything has been thought of so that you don’t have to plan a thing: all you have to do is enjoy nature, the peace and quiet, and this break from the daily routine.
