A former Causse farmhouse overlooking the Tarn Gorges, in the heart of the Causse Méjean plateau, Paul and Aymeric welcome you to their establishment in the hamlet of Nivoliers, a village of 15 inhabitants. The rooms have been renovated in keeping with the traditional Causse architecture, featuring stone vaulted ceilings. You can enjoy local culinary specialties in the dining room, a former sheepfold, by the fireplace. Hiking trails and mountain biking routes are nearby. In spring, the Causse bursts into life with its diverse flora and fauna, including numerous orchids and migratory birds; nature lovers are most welcome.
