Traditional Causse farm above the Gorges du Tarn, at the heart of the Causse Méjean, Paul and Aymeric will welcome you in their establishment, in the hamlet of Nivoliers, with its 15 inhabitants. The rooms have been renovated, according to the Causse’s architecture, stone vaults. You will be able to taste culinary specialities in the dining room, former sheepfold, near the fireplace. Hiking and mountain biking trails close by. During spring, the Causse blossoms through its fauna and flora, numerous orchids and migratory birds, nature enthusiasts will be more than happy.
