Spacious house on the banks of the Tarn, ideal for holidays combining nature and leisure, a stone’s throw from Aiguelèze and 15 minutes from Albi, a city listed as a world heritage site.

Located in Rivières, at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, this detached house welcomes you for a friendly stay on the banks of the Tarn River. Just 50 meters away, you can walk to the Aqua-Park and the Aiguelèze leisure center: supervised swimming in summer, water sports, a children’s playground, tennis courts, and more. Fishing enthusiasts will appreciate the private dock in an area renowned for catfish. You can also enjoy a region rich in discoveries: Albi, the “Red City,” a UNESCO World Heritage Site, will charm you with its Sainte-Cécile Cathedral and the Toulouse-Lautrec Museum. A few kilometers away, Cordes-sur-Ciel will immerse you in a medieval atmosphere, while the hilltop villages of the Bastide Country invite you to stroll and explore.

The house offers a comfortable and spacious setting:

On the ground floor:

– a bright living room with lounge, dining area, desk, TV, DVD player and movies, radio, books, board games, and air conditioning.

– a fully equipped open-plan kitchen (dishwasher, freezer, induction hob, oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, kettle).

– three bedrooms: two with a 160×200 cm double bed, the third, smaller one with a 90×190 cm single bed, a cot, two bathrooms with shower, sink and toilet, and air conditioning.

On the lower level: a bedroom with a 160×200 cm double bed and sink, a lounge, refrigerator, washing machine, dryer, and shower.

Outside, enjoy an enclosed garden with a terrace, outdoor furniture, a barbecue, and an electric vehicle charging point. A garage is also available.

The terrace overlooks the river; from sunrise until late in the evening, it’s a wonderful place to relax in peace and quiet, with a glass of Gaillac wine in hand.

Electricity: Meter readings taken at the beginning and end of your stay (2 kWh per person per night included; any additional consumption will be charged).
