Chi siamo

We wanted to draw inspiration from our origins: those fundamental values passed down by our parents and grandparents—hard work, passion, camaraderie, and sharing. At the same time, it’s also because we are the origin! We’ve brought our vision to life: to build and bring this winery to life. We chose to write our story from the ground up. Our farm consists of 16 hectares of vineyards, mostly within the Terrasses du Larzac AOP, leased from others, and a 20-are plot of Cinsault inherited from my grandfather René. Vines, Grape Varieties, and Biodiversity ? Our grapes are grown using viticultural practices that respect biodiversity and soil life. In the cellar, we carefully craft each grape variety to allow this exceptional terroir to express itself. The 16-hectare vineyard consists of 8 grape varieties. We produce red, white, and rosé wines. The vineyards are in the process of transitioning to Organic Farming, Terra Vitis, and High Environmental Value certification. “We are driven by wonderful values, and we want to share them with everyone who supports us: moments of tasting and camaraderie await us!” — Laura.
