Les Vignerons de Maury è la prima cantina cooperativa della regione dei Pyrénées-Orientales, fondata nel 1910, che riunisce un centinaio di famiglie di viticoltori che coltivano circa 750 ettari di vigne, producendo in media tra i 18.000 e i 20.000 ettolitri di vino.
