Créée en 1928 la cave “la Clairette d’Adissan” produit des vins blancs secs et moelleux en 100% Clairette, cépage introduit par les Phéniciens aux alentours du VIIème siècle avant J.-C. Découvrez également les rosés et rouges en AOC de la cave.

Located in the heart of the Hérault department, Adissan is the birthplace of Clairette du Languedoc. Produced from a single grape variety, clairette blanche, it has been classified as an Appellation d’Origine Contrôlée since 1948.

Recent archaeological discoveries suggest that this wine has been produced since Antiquity. Benefiting from a dry, sunny Mediterranean climate, the Adissan terroir has developed on Villafranchian terraces, composed of quartz pebbles, flint and limestone.

The cooperative winery, founded in 1928, produces clairette in dry, sweet, rancio and liqueur wines.
