At his winery nestled in the heart of the Ariège region, in the village of Le Fossat, this passionate winegrower carefully cultivates grape varieties that reveal all the richness of the local terroir.

Each bottle, adorned with the effigies of the region’s emblematic animals – hare, donkey, wild boar, hoopoe or pheasant – invites you to discover authentic aromas and unique flavors.

All year round, it offers curious visitors guided tours and tastings of Ariège wines, immersing them in the world of local viticulture. It’s the perfect opportunity to taste artisanal wines and learn more about a know-how passed on with passion.
