This small estate was founded in 2016 by Frédéric Fages, a former company director who converted his career by taking over part of the family vineyard. The fourth generation of winegrowers, Frédéric has chosen to work organically with the greatest respect for nature.
His red wine, “Souffle des Anges”, is already sold in over 200 wine shops, mostly Michelin-starred restaurants and delicatessens in France and Europe.
Domaine l’Anqueven has been certified organic since the beginning of 2020.
In 2020, it will launch its first white wine, Envol des Anges, 100% Clairette, a grape variety emblematic of Adissan.

Frédéric Fages invites you to discover his vineyard in a different way. Cycle along the vineyards to discover the magnificent scenery, and on your return stop off at the winery for a tour, wine tasting and, why not, a “wine and food pairing”… Reservations required!
