Il vigneto di famiglia si trova nel comune di Alaigne. Esposti sulle pendici meridionali del massiccio del Malepère, beneficiamo di un microclima mediterraneo con influenza oceanica. I nostri vigneti sono coltivati in viticoltura integrata, la qualità del frutto e dei suoi aromi è privilegiata da una produzione naturale e da una raccolta manuale.
Per preservarne la struttura e gli aromi, i vini non vengono né affinati né filtrati. La tenuta produce vini della denominazione Malepère e Vins de Pays d’OC – AOP Limoux.
