The Domaine Fontanel, located in Tautavel in the foothills of the Corbières, covers 30 hectares, 20 of which are planted with vines. Production is focused on quality wines made using environmentally-friendly growing methods: reasoned treatments, ploughing, etc. Yields are very low, often less than 30 hectolitres per hectare.
