This family property was created and maintained by several generations of farmers. The estate has gradually specialized in the cultivation of vines. Passionate about wine and attached to these few hectares of vines rooted in the foothills of the Montagne Noire, Vivien Roussignol and Marie Toussaint have decided to continue to make them live and have taken out the key to the family cellar. “In 2011, for our first vintage, we vinified, taking 1 ha of the family vines on lease, then 2 ha in 2012. Today, we have 3 ha and hope to expand further. We take care of the vines as well as the vinification and wine making.” Today, they are proud to offer two red wines expressing the strong identity of this terroir specific to Saint-Chinian.
