Domaine Valjulius is located in the heart of Languedoc Roussillon, a few kilometers from Béziers. Julien and Bernard Sarda manage the 8-hectare estate. The quality of the clay-limestone terroir enables the grape varieties to reach perfect ripeness.

Domaine Valjulius is located in the heart of Languedoc Roussillon, between sea and mountains, just a few kilometers from the city of Béziers.
After training with Jean-Michel Alquier in Faugères, Julien Sarda, with the experienced help of his father, decided it was time to showcase the potential of his vineyard.
The estate covers 8 hectares. The quality of the terroir (clay-limestone dotted with siliceous pebbles on the surface), the exposure and meticulous work throughout the year enable our grape varieties to reach perfect ripeness for later expression of suppleness and aromatic finesse.
