Domaine de Montmarin, a former royal seigneury, has been owned by the Sarret family for thirteen generations. Situated on the outskirts of Montblanc, Domaine de Montmarin covers 400 hectares and stretches along a line of hills overlooking the Gulf of Lion.

Located on the outskirts of Montblanc, Domaine de Montmarin was purchased in March 1488 by Nicolas de Sarret, direct ancestor of the current owners.
The estate extends over 400ha on a line of hills overlooking the Gulf of Lion to the south. The vineyards combine clay-limestone and sandy-loam soils with a typically dry, windy Mediterranean climate, aided by the proximity of the sea less than 2km away.
