Domaine de la Garance is located in Caux, near Pézenas, 25 km from the Mediterranean. It’s set in the middle of a valley with a very special climate and a very different geology. The vines are rooted in a soil of basalt, clay-limestone and gravel. Founded in 1991 with the sole aim of producing great wines from this unique terroir, the Domaine has adopted the principles of organic farming from the outset. Animal traction was introduced in 2011.
