Il Domaine de Juvi si trova nel vigneto più meridionale della Francia. In questo anfiteatro affacciato sul Mediterraneo e delimitato da 3 massicci, la coltivazione della vite è favorita da terreni di diversa origine, da un clima particolarmente soleggiato, da temperature miti in inverno e calde in estate, accompagnate da precipitazioni scarse e poco distribuite.
