Domaine de Cébène, a vineyard with remarkable terroirs! Won over by the potential and promise of its shale, Brigitte Chevalier purchased her first vineyard plots in 2007, at Faugères, in the heart of the Haut-Languedoc Regional National Park. She named this venture Cébène, in tribute to the Goddess of Languedoc, who inspired the name of the Cévennes. A vineyard with remarkable terroirs : north-facing vines, unique geology, authentic grape varieties firmly rooted on the windswept hills, very limited yields, etc. And on to the wine cellar, where the winemakers are dedicated to the freshness of their wines and to perfecting their flavours.
