The domain Anne ALLIE les Tuileries d’Aigne is the story of a couple caught up in their past. The vine has always been present, it has given rhythm to their lives since childhood. In 2007, an important choice is made: we are going to vinify the equivalent of 3 Ha of vines. A shed is reconditioned. The micro-cellar was born. The vines have been rooted for decades. The grape varieties are traditional (Grenache; Syrah; Carignan; Cinsault; Macabeu). The culture is reasoned, no chemical weeding, no irrigation A whole chain for the best expression of the terroir. Harvest at full maturity of the grapes. Long and separate vinifications. Blending after one year of the “Chemin de traverse” and “Second degré” vintages. And also ” Cartagena “, sweet wines and grape juice.
