The grapevines was the property of Pierre’family who were grower-members of cooperative cellars. Because he dreamed of vinifying, he started in a little cellar with few vats. When Samuel, former sommelier joined the adventure, they decided together to focus on the terroir and the typicity of their wines with biodiversity and natural. Terroirs are : AOP Terrasses du Larzac and Languedoc. The estate counts 14 hectars and Pierre & Samuel work in bio (they are in conversion). Vines are bordered by garrigue…A festival of scents !
