Situata nel cuore di Lézignan-Corbières, sulla D6113, l’unità di vinificazione dello Château Grand Moulin dispone anche di un negozio dove i visitatori possono degustare e acquistare i vini Corbières prodotti dalla casa.

Oggi il “Grand Moulin” è :
– 10 vini pluripremiati
– un’apertura al non-turismo con “Les Jeudis de Grand Moulin” e “Les mercredis vignerons” in estate,
– visite e degustazioni in cantina tutto l’anno
– e una sala ricevimenti aperta al pubblico.

Jean-Noël Bousquet e suo figlio Frédéric coltivano 120 ettari di vigneto, di cui 90 AOC e 20 vins de pays, e dispongono di una modernissima unità di produzione.
Un terzo dei vini di Château Grand Moulin viene venduto in Francia e due terzi vengono esportati.
In Francia, il 70% è venduto al settore horeca e il 30% ai privati.

Located inside the village of Lezignan-Corbieres itself, on the RN 113, the “Château Grand Moulin” wine-making facility also has a Shop where visitors can taste and buy from the range of Corbières wines produced by the estate. Jean-Noël Bousquet and his son Frédéric run 120 ha of vineyards, 90 of which produce PDO wines and 20 of which produce local wines and owns an ultra-modern production unit.
