Château Gilbert & Gaillard is two large families united around the passion of an estate and a wine. All the work in the vineyard and the winemaking process is carried out in a family way: children, friends, parents… It is from this work in good humor, respect and the desire to make a good wine that Château Gilbert & Gaillard was born, a Saint-Chinian of character. The terroir of Château Gilbert & Gaillard is quite exceptional. Set in the middle of a 3,000 hectare park classified as Natura 2000, it unfolds its clay-limestone slopes at an altitude of 150 to 200 meters. The environment gives pride of place to the garrigue, rich in thyme, rosemary, juniper, wild fennel, pine forests,…
