The Lot Valley Véloroute takes you 470km from Mont Lozère to Aiguillon, through 5 départements and 3 of the area's iconic and welcoming valleys (both for treks and nature trips): the Tarn, Lot and Aveyron Valleys. 

Point-to-point trekkers can explore fabulous scenery on a route that mainly covers quiet roads or sections of greenways. It's a prime route for families as both keen and less experienced trekkers can just ride the sections they want.

Put pedal to the metal on a spectacular sporting adventure. The Vallée et Gorges de l'Aveyron à vélo bike path is one sensational cycling route. It covers very different landscapes in (just) 85km. You can ride at your own pace and stumble upon spectacular views and magical medieval villages. Prepare to pedal on its wide bends with banked turns from Montauban to Laguépie. With a river on one side and cliffs on the other, the Aveyron Gorges in Tarn-et-Garonne are wild and majestic.
