Located 5 minutes from Caussade and 15 minutes from the Aveyron Gorges, come and enjoy the peace and quiet of the countryside while discovering the traditional and refined cuisine of the Chef Yannick Eché, who will welcome you in a warm and family atmosphere. Old-fashioned cooking, on a wood fire, thanks to the central fireplace… Thanks to this, you will be able to taste excellent stews, from the wild boar stew to the chicken in the pot, without forgetting the pot-au-feu and its leg of lamb with string.
