Les Capitelles is a 3,000 m2 property in the hills above Nîmes, with two fully-equipped gîtes, the owners’ house and a large swimming pool at your disposal.

The 3,000 m2 wooded property is fully fenced and private. The homes are all on one level, surrounded by a spacious garden with a large swimming pool.
The length of the residential building comprises 3 successive dwellings, the owners’ and 2 others rented out during the season.

As you enter the property, the first gîte, Le Chêne vert, has its own private terrace on the garden side, and the second gîte, Lavande, also has its own private terrace on the pool side.
The pool area is shared by all, and includes a relaxation area with outdoor furniture and a summer kitchen. Open from June to October.

Chêne vert (60m2): 2 bedrooms, separate toilet, bathroom with bathtub and kitchen area in a large living/dining room.
Master bedroom: 1.60m bed.
Second bedroom: 2 single beds.
Fully equipped kitchen with all the cooking utensils and crockery you’ll need.
Living/dining room: large living area with large bay window leading directly onto the spacious, private, shaded terrace with its own garden furniture.
