In Toulouse: Follow the magical route from Place du Capitole to the quays of the Garonne, via Rue Gambetta and Rue Jean Suau. On the way, stop off at the Jacobins convent.

In L'Isle-Jourdain: Walk the 25 kilometres of the Santiago de Compostela pilgrim's Way from l'Isle-Jourdain to Gimont. No? In that case, head to the outdoors activity centre for a paddle-boarding session or a nap.
